Teri Knapp Honored by Espaldon
Teri Knapp was honored by Senator Espaldon and the 30th Guam Legislature via a resolution recognizing her 30 years of service to the Department of Education. Knapp retired on August 21, 2009 after years of leading the GATE division. She is also one of the founders of SKIP Entertainment. |
